Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Laval University and is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (SAI), having received his licence from the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in 1999. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of insolvency and restructuring for businesses and individuals, his experience includes working in a national firm and being a partner in a province-wide firm offering services throughout Quebec. He is now president of Fiset et Associés Syndic Inc., which was founded in May of 2014.
Brian holds the title of LPIR- Licensed Professional in Insolvency and Reorganization and has participated in numerous corporate financial restructurings and/or liquidations under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). Carolyn serves as Senior Director of Services to Individuals. She has 12 years of experience in the field of insolvency. She obtained a degree in Insolvency Administration in November 2012, after completing requirements to become a Qualified Budget Counsellor in July 2010; both degrees were awarded by the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).

He has developed vast experience as a commercial case manager and has extensive knowledge of personal insolvency issues acquired through his day-to-day work and training for the CIRP Qualification Program (CQP) for Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
